How to make it count

  1. Five minutes a day, consistently. Short daily practice beats one long session a week. Open this page right after you wake up.
  2. Record on speakerphone. Playback is what makes you notice your filler words, your timing, and your intonation.
  3. Move up gradually. Spend two weeks at beginner before stepping up to intermediate. Push to advanced once intermediate flows without freezing.
  4. Pair it with a framework. Use the Speech Structure Builder to set up a PREP or STAR structure before you roll a topic.
  5. Set one improvement goal per session. Not "be perfect". Just one thing, for example: "cut my filler words in half today".
