Typically 3-5 business days. After form submission, Retora ops matches you with an experienced trainer based on the level and needs you share during consultation, delivery mode, schedule, and location.

Can I consult before committing to a package?

Yes, through a free initial consultation with the Retora team (customer service). You share your goals and speaking experience, and we recommend a track and starting level. There are no trial sessions at the moment; your trainer is matched after registration, based on level, schedule, and location.

What payment methods are accepted?

Bank transfer, e-wallet (OVO, GoPay, DANA), and credit card via Xendit gateway. Payment happens once you decide to commit to a package: in full up front, or 50% at the start and 50% midway through the package.

Can I change trainer if we do not click?

Yes. After the first 2-3 paid sessions, if the trainer match feels off, we rematch you with another experienced trainer at no cost. Fit matters more than session count.
