Starting rate per 60 minute session at level C2, the same for PS and MC, before package discount and operational fee. Example: the Mastery package of 28 sessions a month at 60 minutes per session, online, comes to Rp3.108.800 (Rp111.029 per session) after the 12% package discount and operational fee.

60 min baseline 1.0×, 90 min 1.3×, 120 min 1.7×. Longer session = deeper drilling but small extra ratio.

National standard 1.0× (Yogyakarta, Solo, Semarang, Malang, Makassar). Jakarta 1.9× highest, menutup coach travel plus venue baseline cost.

In-person sessions are available only in the coach traveling cities: Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Yogyakarta, Solo, Denpasar, Medan, Semarang. Other cities listed here show their price level; classes there run online.

The base is the per session rate, Rp 110.826 at level C2. That figure is then adjusted for duration, city (in person sessions only), sessions per month, package discount, language, and group size. New learners add a one time registration fee of Rp 95.000. The operational fee applies to every mode: online at the 1.0x national rate, in person following the city tier. The registration form runs the same calculation, so the number you see here is the number you get when you sign up.
Jakarta uses the 1.9× city multiplier (highest tier) because trainer travel cost, venue rental, and baseline living cost are highest there. Yogyakarta, Solo, Semarang, Malang, and Makassar sit at the national standard 1.0× (in person only in coach traveling cities; Malang and Makassar are online). Bandung and Denpasar 1.4×. Surabaya and Medan 1.5×. Online sessions always use 1.0× regardless of your city.
Yes. Package discount ladder: 4 sessions Trial 0%, 8 sessions Regular 2%, 12 sessions Intensive 4%, 16 sessions Serious 6%, 20 sessions Consistent 8%, 24 sessions Thorough 10%, 28 sessions Mastery 12%. The smallest package is 4 sessions; classes cannot be bought one session at a time. Pay in full up front, or 50% when classes start and 50% midway through the package.
Yes. Group coaching lets 2 to 6+ people share one trainer at a discount per person. Group 2 pays 75% each (25% off), group 3 pays 62% each (38% off), scaling up to 43% each (57% off) for 6+ people. Great for a school speech club, a corporate cohort, or a friend-group who want to prep the same event together.
Yes, and it is already inside every price on this page, the calculator, the package cards, and the registration form, so there is nothing to add on top. Every mode carries the Rp 13.500 operational fee per session. Online is charged at the 1.0x national rate, while in person multiplies the same fee by your city tier, so online stays cheaper anywhere the tier is above 1.0x. In Jakarta (1.9x) an in-person session carries Rp 25.650 of operational fee against Rp 13.500 online.
As long as Retora can still provide a trainer and the cancellation does not come from us, refunds are not facilitated. Sessions already used are recalculated at the non-package session rate, which carries its own terms. What we prioritise instead is fixing the problem: switching you to a different trainer at no cost, or shifting your schedule, either of which you can ask for at any point while the package runs.
